Sweet and Tangy Meatballs




     40 Meatballs
     16 oz jar Grape Jelly or Jam (I used Jam)
     20 oz bottle BBQ sauce (I used Kraft's Honey BBQ)

Mix all ingredients ans cook in Crock Pot on low for 2-3 hours.

or

Freeze all ingredients. Can be split between 2 gallon size Ziploc bags and cook as stated above.

Brown Sugar Chicken



     4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
     1 C. Brown Sugar
     1/2 C. Sprite
     2/3 C. Vinegar
     3 Garlic Cloves
     2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
     1 tsp. Pepper


Mix all ingredients*. Toss in a bowl until chicken is well coated. Place everything in crock pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

* If making freezer meals; Mix all ingredients minus the Sprite and Chicken in a bowl. Split sauce between 2 gallon size Ziploc bags and place 2 chicken breasts raw in each bag. Freeze. Day of cooking add 1 bag with 1/4 C. Sprite to Crock Pot and cook as directed above.

Makes 4 Servings total
2 Servings per bag.
